Sebring Silver- 98 Z-28 camaro
Yet another porche killed by a LS1
Thought I'd share my Wednesday night kill while out cruising. Every Wednesday I go out in town around Knoxville and just sight see, get some peace and quite to relax from the stresses of home and work. This past Wednesday I went out like usual, even with a broken tranny mount and upper control arm, in the Z-28. Figured I'd take it easy and cruise around so I wouldn't tear anything up since my parts weren't here yet. While on Kingtson pike I noticed a silver Porche come up on me really quick then get over in the right hand lane, I look over and it's a chick driving a brand new Boxter S with the top down She's most likely in her mid to late thirties and good looking. Anyway she takes off kind fast so I follow, we play around in traffic a little until we reach the Lovell Road redlight. Now I've ran several plain ole Boxters and raped every one of them but the Boxter S is a little more powerful, 280hp and goes 0 - 60 in 5.2. Those numbers should run my car pretty damn well in that light car. I talked to her for a minute at the light just BSing about the cars, etc.. She wanted to see what my camaro had to I said cool, might as well run for the hell of it. Light turns green and after I regain traction in 2nd my car is allready about a tractor trailer length ahead. She launched hard too because she got me on the jump but as soon as I hit second and hooked up it was over. We waved and went our seperate ways. Was a fun night, just thought I'd share. This old camaro really hauls ass, damn I love it! I wonder how accurate the 0 - 60 numbers are on that car though She launched it really well so if it does it around 5.2 I wonder what my car does it in? I've never really tried to find out, might try it sometime

Sounds about right, my car should be in the low 13's like it sits now. I really need a stall converter and a set of slicks, hell, I just need to fork up the extra money and get this cam in there.

06 PBM GTO(458WHP)SOLD!!- 06 TR GTO~476WHP 425TRQ
Go to google and type in 0-60 calculator. I dunno how accurate it is but it depicts you 0-60 from your 1/8 mile time and speed. I got a 4.3 sec 0-60
BTW that is a good kill specially to a lady friend!!!!!

I heard that, if I could start over I'd be single for the rest of my life and just have a booty call on the side where I could get some ass without the bullshit.
