WS6 vs 2018 Scat

The other day, on a race course, the light turned green and I barely pulled a 2018 Scat A8. I asked him if he was on it, and he said yes. 18 months ago the WS6 ran a 13.2 @ 108. I think he didn't know how to drive but we were damn near even off the line, I shifted to 2nd and his front axle was at my sideview mirror, when I hit 3rd his front axle was about even with my rear axle, we quit about 110 and I was still barely pulling him. Nobody lost traction at the start, we both squealed a little and then we were off.

I thought these things should have been a bus length ahead of me by the time I shifted into 4th? They are about 445 RWHP stock. And yeah 4300 lbs or so.

Last July my wife got her brand new 2021 Go Mango Shaker RT M6,(beautiful car, and she insisted on the M6) I've been trying to convince her to trade for a similar Scat but if it really isn't faster than my WS6, why bother? I could drop $10k in a new engine and 9" and surely those would see my taillights always and by bus length or 2.

Anybody else killing these things? All my car has is longtubes/lid/mailorder tune.

I had a 2015 Scat Pack and with just Drag Radials it ran 11.9 @ 114mph. They may way alot but the 8spd makes a huge difference in those cars. Hoping to get my 2001 WS6 into that territory or faster very soon .

Good kill, I had a 2015 Scat pack and with just Drag radials it ran 11.9's. Not sure about the one you ran but they are fast. I sold mine a few years ago and just recently bought a 2001 WS6.
