I agree..race and post video. This is going to be a great race if you ask me. I wouldn't be shy trying that's for sure.
Just make sure he's really only got 100 running.1999 WS6 - Black - 414rwhp 401rwtq w/o NOS

I agree the Mustang will walk you both. If either one of you LS1s have an automatic, gear/stall/DRs will help TREMENDOUSLY!!! My white car leaves like a bat out of hell with MT DRs
I beleive those mustangs had 3.27s gears in them, and their 1st gear ratio is even deeper than that of a T56 fbody. So if he hooks on those DRs, and both of you LS1 guys are leaving on factory gears and street tires....... bad news

You do realize its an 04 gt right? Even if the camaro does spin hell pull hard on the gt as soon as he hooks those things have no top end unless the gt does use the spray. and while the gto has the same motor it still weighs a few hundred lbs more. The camaro should honestly take both pretty good unless he cant drive at all. an ls2 gto would be a better race for the camaro stock vs stock

You obviously did
The OPs question was if he would walk them both. Racing a 04 GT with intake/exhaust, pulley, DRs and a 100 shot, MIGHT be close if the mustang driver can hook decent and knows how to shift. Sorry bud. The two GM cars just will not win, in that situation.
And if this guy knows miniscule about how the two GM platforms compare to his, he WILL NOT unhook his bottle. I wouldn't even ask him, I mean really, why bother racing the pony? I wouldn't. There was no mention of any of the 3 having aftermarket gears either. All motor for all 3, the GTO and mustang may have a race. Camaro would walk away, all things being equal.
Advice? If either of you are an M6, invest in some DR's! If you're an automatic, do the same, but do yourself a favor and get a stall! My car just with 3.23s and DRs hooks like a BEAST out of the hole!
