Owned a sport Roush or mach 1???

Today on the way home, i was crusing home, then when i got off the freeway a yellow stang (sounded nice) passed me up and revved as he passed me, at first thought it was a bra, but then i saw that vent cover that Roush substitutes on the little window. so i got behind him, and eventually we got our light. well my clutch slipped when i was taking off, but did not cost me anything, but i shure can say that was a perty quick stang. i left him by 1 1/4 cars, then on the second light i got 1 car, then at the gastation he parked on the pump next to me, and asked me about my supercharger so i was WTF??? super charger. Then i told him that was my alternator whining, I popped the hood to confirm it, but he was till sold there was a super charger somewhere lol.

Just a Lid, K&N, Bellow and Borla Cat-Back It might have a tune, the previous owner might of done it.

So your not sure if its a mach1 or roush?

If it was the new body style (2005+ retro style), then it could not have been a Mach 1, as the last Mach 1 was 2004, which was part of the previous generation Mustang.

it was a 2003-2004, im thinking it was eighter or a clone of both, because it had the Roush logo on the back, but it had GT on the Fenders.

Mach 1s didn't have GT emblems on the fender, so probably not a Mach 1.

probably was a clone, but it was pertty fixed up tho, usually i kill GT Mustangs ridicously from 1996-2004

That was the exact same question that my buddy with an '05 GT asked me.. popped the hood and he looked around and the expression afterwords was priceless - the "I bought the wrong car" look.

People think they have a fast car until they actually race a fast car or go for a ride in a fast car. A humbling experience puts things into perspective.

A few days ago I remember seeing a yellow pre-'05 V6 with "Mach II" in black on the rocker panels and fake black Mach I shaker hood. I'd be lying if I said I didn't look around online to find out what the "Mach II" was. Of course I never found anything on it.

I remember the Mustang II of old, you know, the slow-er Mustang during the gas crisis of the '80s. Anyway, I thought maybe the "Mach II" was a nod to the Mustang II...

I guess it was just another case of somebody sporting a fictional trim level.

Even It It Was A Stage 2 You Should Have Taken Him And If It Was A Stage 3, It Would Have Been A Good Race
