Mustang GT w/ girlfriend

In mexico,
After about 1 hour of throwing on my catback exhaust. I pull up to a red light next to a white mustang GT with tinted windows. (now I'm thinkin in my head; this would be my first mustang, he's probably old and no chance he'd do it). So I waited. Didn't rev, nor did he. Light turns green, I stayed chill with the throttle and he guns it! I only let him get up about a 3/4 car before I stomp down. I get to the top of first and I'm side by side, Shift to second and catch the most rubber I ever have in this car and by mid 2nd I find myself a good 2 cars up. So I lay off and figure he learned his lesson.
Wrong. He pulls up next to me and we do a roll, Drop it to second. Only did one gear this time. Plenty of has been displayed.

He rolls up next to me and rolls down the window. I see him;a mid 20's guy, and his hottt ass gf. I yell out "You shoulda got a Chevy!

I knew what I was talking about. He asks what I got and said just a catback. He says nice and I'm on my way home.

Well after all this I had forgot my friend in his ta was behind us. LOUD AS F**K. It's cammed, Lt's, BBK intake, Lid, 3600 stall, No cats, no muffler, straight pipes out the back.
Anyways he pulls up next to the stang and revs it, needless to say he pulled off let us pass and then gets back on slowly.

ALL IN MEXICO!

I need to move to mexico and have me a few more races. Good kill OP, what year was the stang ? do you know if it was auto or manual ?

It looked like an 09 to me, and it was a manual

Nice, I've raced 3 new mustangs total! 2 mustang GT's that I dusted and a GT500 that I took off the line but got passed by the middle of 2nd... I also raced a 96 supercharged Cobra that ate my ass for lunch! Nice kill.. lol

I was actually lined up to a 96ish Cobra and we both wanted to race but we were behind people so no race but I talked to him and he said it was supercharged.... Sounded mean. I will get my race one day

I wish I could head to mexico every once in awhile and pick up some kills lol.....no one is ballsy enough to race around here anymore

I don't think people are actually serious about going to mexico to race.....lol maybe I'm missing something

I know lol, I was just referring to the lack of strict law enforcement over there as opposed to where I live.

eh, I think everywhere is strict on street racing. If you get away with it do it but dont push your luck.
It's just hard to drive 20-50 miles to the track to pay 30-80 bucks just to race and then in the end you'll probably have just gotten your ass handed to you in that period of time with the cars that are out there.

i should have a t/a in 2 months and i have a friend that has a 02 gt 2 miles from my house so we will have a lot of fun well me beating him. lol surprisingly he got a nice 02 gt leather 5 speed nice car but not as nice as the t/a's i will get some video's of when it happens have a road were no one is

I remember my reaction the day I found out I was getting an LS1 car

...up to the day I actually got it nothing else really occupied my head lol

When I got my first ls1 I had to drive it 3 hours back home. I had the t tops off and it was hot, but I didnt care. I was half scared of the car because I had gone into that from a jeep liberty. I spent half the next day just sitting in the car admiring it
