ME vs modded STI

was on my way home from the gym and pulled up behind this white sti turning left onto a 2 lane rd...i said hum and pulled up behind him.....aparently he noticed me and started revving, blow off valve popping a few times....obvious exhaust....black aftermarket light looking wheels.....i give him a lil rev myself to let him know im interested.......we get the green arrow and he takes off like a bat outta hell........im like wtf? wanna wait for me to line up with ya side by side??? so i follow already a good 3 cars behind from him jumpin the gun......was prolly 50 degrees at this time and i was spinning all thru 1st gear not gaining or losing a thing thru first.......i grab second and same thing cuz im STILL spinning....halfway thru second i finially gain traction and notice im gaining on him like a mofo.....i get to his rear bumper just as im grabbing 3rd at around 80 and we hit traffic and he hits the brakes hard........dam i need some drag rads guys..........i woulda pulled past him even with my 3 car deficite by the time we hit 80...........o well..getttem next time......

yeah was definitly some ricer shit to take off like he did while TURNING with me BEHIND him from the light.....was prolly scurred to let me get next to him and make the race fair.........if we didnt run out of room i woulda of passed him so fast while grabbing 3rd his car would of jolted from the rush of air going by like when i semi passes u going in the opposite direction........traction traction traction...need more of it..lol ..im gonna go sti/evo hunting on a 90 deg day when traction is NEVER a problem

I couldnt hook up forever as well and finaly gave in and got some nitto 555rs, im lovin every min of it, but not long after I had to get some 3.73 so I could really get the best out of them lol...Good lookin tire two thumbs up here...O and that sucks about your race Fin ricer move right there !!!

lpe 383 package dyno with 0 miles on the car when the package was put on the car showed 395 rwhp 399 rwtq at lpe. still has stock exhaust manifolds.....in the process of upgrading the suspension....strano springs. koni sa's, and a umi adju pan hard rod....so far only the rear konis are in...still waiting on on the springs and umi phr to be delivered....i suspect now that it has 22k on it and is broken in it prolly puts down 10 more horse...just a guess and with some kooks long tubes i suspect ill be between 430-440 rwhp ..well see...prolly somthing ill do next yr....suspension was more important to me so i did it first

Tony, your car is badazz! Just remember that STi's have some award winning launches cuz their AWD... DR's will put them to shame I'm sure, stop reading this and order em up man!
