not really sure if the truck had weight reduction but if its a stock weight lightning then it weighs 4600lbs, 150more than your car

I thought it would weigh about as much as my 1500. Guess I was way off. Why are they so much heavier than there non lightning brothers?

If anything I thought they would be lighter.

Once again not sure what year your 1500 is but most weigh in at 4300-4900lbs depending on cab size and engine option.
