Kid at work that owns one with some pretty big rims, he asked me if i wanted to race once and then he just laughed and walked away like he could smoke me, i will eventually see him around town and i was just curious if it would be an easy kill?

R/T or SRT8?
Guy at work had a R/T and told me that I didn't stand a chance. What a coincidence I find him on the way home. He stomped on it (auto) at about 70. I shifted down to 3rd and clear blew his doors off. He wouldn't line back up and went down to about 60mph.

if he has 20's or some crap. i dont care if its an srt8 my bet is it has 2:73 or something like that...just dont race those srt8's when starting from like a 60+ roll race from dig..or maybe a 20 roll if you have to race that way

I have driven an R/T and and SRT-8. Just from feeling while operating the car....R/T doesn't stand a chance. The SRT-8 is going to boil down to the driver. I think all (I may be mistaken) SRT-8s are automatic, so just make sur you don't miss any gears if you drive a stick.

425 at the FLYwheel Im pretty sure. Some guy at my work has one. Im sure its pretty quick. But damn, that thing looks like a pig. He used to have a 99 or 00 trans am. He sold that and bought this SRT8. He said that the SRT8 is waaaayyyyy faster than his TA. I wanna race him ,but hes old, and probably wont race.
Plus, my RWTQ wont let me hook worth fucking shit with these 275's.370 CI - Twin 6766 Turbo - Jakes stage 5 4L80E - MWC 9" - Holley Dominator

if its an r/t then you would not have a problem. if its a srt8 then i think it would be a good race but i think you would win if you drove well because those chargers are really heavy.

I have raced srt-8's at the track and he got me from start to finish. He got 12.9 and I got 13.46 on stock car. Raced another one with te gucci rims and blew his door off neither him or his girlfriend would look at me. If you had on stock wheels you would win depending on how big his wheels are, if they are not bigger than 18's he has you, if they are make a wager

The SRT 8 Charger is heavy but its pretty quick 6.1L Hemi.. A friend and I raced one from a stop in his procharged 06 Roush and we won only by half a car.
