Almost lost to an integra
I was driving down the cruisin spot in my area on the way home from work and a yellow integra with a nasty body kit and stickers pulls up and kept bumping forward to race. I didnt really want to because of all the cops around that area but i figured why not.
We got stuck at a light and when it went green we both started going slow and then laid on it. I didnt know until he started hitting boost that it was a turbo'd Type r. Thing was pretty fast.
We were dead even until about 95 and then i started pulling just a little bit. My 01 a4 is completely stock but i was still surprised that we stayed pretty much even the whole time. Kinda fun compared to the ricers that dont have anything done to em besides a fart can.
Glad i got em though. The sphincter was tight on that one.

once a Honda always a Honda, The fastest one I have seen around my Area is the RSX, Dude has a Nasty Big turbo on it pushing 25PSI, He runs at my local track, Dude Spins Half track and Still Manages a 7.30-7.40 @ 110 in the 1/8th mile. When I raced Him I Launched hard on him about 2 cars worth but the guy realed me in and passed me 3/4 track and always wins by a car. LOL, But he no doubt is a 10 sec 1/4 mile car. He says he dynoed at 590WHP @ 25PSI.

Thats the thing. The word always seems to be "can", but it rarely seems to happen. Last time I was at the track, my friend ran his turbo B18 Civic. Best he could hit was 14.3, then he blew an axle. Another kid had a practically gutted GSR hatch. He was running high 15's, and somehow he got slower with each run. This other kid, who is a real idiot (used to work with him) bought an Eclipse and was running 25PSI of boost, he claimed it was so fast but he couldn't break out of the 15's either. Then something went wrong and it started pinging, and his times got slower from there until something blew up and he had to quit. All I hear about at work is how fast all these Hondas and such are, but it seems when it comes time to prove themselves, the cars just don't ever come through.

Yeah since my prelude an S2000 would be the only honda I'd ever get. And high 15's? My prelude does flat 15's all day...

I had a S2000. You wouldn't want to own one. It was nice, but the lack of low end and torque was really bad. Handling is great, but that really is it. It was the best car for whipping 360's though. Only strong spot was around 40ish to about 80. Off the line I had to launch at 6400 to get it to go decent. Anything less it bogs anything more it spins bad then bogs. I never took it to the track so I have no idea what it could run.

S2000s usually can do low 14s bone stock.
I drove my friend's S2K once at the track and I managed a 14.4 but it was also my first time driving it.
As for those guys wesman was talking about with turboed and gutted GSRs, those guys must really suck at driving when bone stock they can break 14s.
