    01 SS vs. 98 GT / 01 SS vs. 2001 GT

    The 98 GT wasnt even close, i had 2 car lengths before my auto even shifted into 2nd. HAHA
    Fords just cant hang with that CHEVY 5.7 LS1,
    as i like to say. "should have bought a chevy"

    the 01 was a little different bc he didnt want to race from a dead stop, so we did a 15mph roll and a 30mph roll. he was about a half a car behind me after second. and if we would have raced off the line, i know i would have beat'in him more lol

    96-98 mustang gt's are so slow it ain't even worth racing them.i know first hand,i had a 96 gt and a 97 gt both 5-speed trans,14.8 in the quarter stock. they are a good race for a v6 camaro/firebird with a 5-speed.

    my car has, airbox lid, k&n, smooth intake bello, aftermarket MAF, diablo sport prgrammer. Thats all my performance mods. I also so have a Eibach lowering springs (1.5in), Sub-Frame connectors (3way bolt-on), strut tower brace, Tublar K member, Pioneer premier cd player, 2 (12") Rockford Fosgate Punch 1 subs in a custom made box in the trunk, white gauge overlays, HID fog lights and low beams.
