00' Z vs. SRT8 Jeep

Already mentioned mods in other post so no need to be redundant.

Happened like 2 weekends ago...Out with my brother on a 3 lane highway when this Black Jeep comes alongside and starts toying with me.I recognize the style and realize what fun this could be!
I'll admit to being anxious seeing as how these puppies are known to put out some serious power but I figure what the hell,the worst I can do is lose!?!

So at about 65 we line up side by side(making sure traffic is clear)and I shift the car into drive and he beeps 3 times and were off!!!

I started pulling right away but I was impressed with an SUV keeping up,by the time I reached 150 and shut it down I had about 10-11 lengths on em'.So we tried it again with identical results.

The beast comes along side and down comes the window and low and behold it's 2 girls!!!

Not to proud to proclaim victory!

now wheres wesman to tell us all how gay any car without an lsx is?

LMAO on the wesman crack........i raced one as well from about a 40 roll..guy caught me off guard.....i came up on him..gave him a rev to signal i was interested in a race and off he took....IMMEDITLY...lol...im lilke shit....downshift to 2nd.......he had about a 3 car lead off the bat....and i spun the tires quite a bit when i downshifted.....by the time i reached about 70 i blew by him pretty quick though.....took me by surprise how quick it was from a roll......he gave me a honk sayin good race.......those jeep srt'slook bad ass

I went to the drag races here in Germany a couple months ago and an SRT-8 Jeep was there. I didn't race him, but I watched him. The first time he lined up all the Germans were laughing at him.....then he ripped off a 13.6 and they were all like

That's funny - especially since it's owned by a German company.

Not only that, low 13s s/b the norm w/ their launch. Must have been a hot humid day or a lousy brake-torque.
