New Era Performance

Went on a little road trip today to Rochester, New York. While I was there, I plugged New Era's address into the Garmin and went to visit. Pulling into their parking lot I found a row of eye candy parked just outside their main door. Several sweet F-bodies and Corvettes really caught my eye.

We were able to arrange a shop tour and saw three of their current projects, including a rear mount twin turbo Corvette, a Corvette that was in for a TH400 swap in place of the T-56, and a G8 that was getting cammed. The shop foreman took the time to explain each project, answered all our questions and let us look everything over in detail.

New Era has a great facility with all the bells and whistles, including an in house chassis dyno. By the look of things they do top notch work and must have some serious fabrication skills. I was very impressed and really appreciated the time they took to give us the grand tour. i haven't been there but i have some parts ordered from them... msd wires and pro 5.0 shifter have already delivered and now i'm just waiting on my SFC's to arrive...
