What would you pay for .....
My little brother is looking to buy his first car, hes looking right now at a 1994 Z28. Car has 110k miles on it, looks to be in great condition and the guys says hes never had a problem except for the window motors. What do you think he should offer the guy for the car. Hes asking $5,400.

Go through and ask about the tuneup, optispark,water pump, fuel filter. If it hasnt been replaced recently see if you cant get him lower for each product. I think 4800 sounds good.
