Why do i get a email every time i post something?

Go to user CP, edit options scroll down till you see Default Thread Subscription Mode then switch it to NO email notification

Thanks! That was annoying,still new here and to the whole forum thing so i have a lot to learn yet. But getting addicted fast.

silly question but when you selected NO email notification did you scroll downa nd click save changes? only thing I can think of...

You have to unsubscribed from the ones you already posted in.

up at the top go to quick links>subscribed threads

Check the threads you don't want to subscribe too then in the lower right hand corner there's a drop down box. Select "delete subscription".

I like getting those emails myself.....keeps me from forgetting threads or no answering someone.
