always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
i have the problem occasionally on the passenger side if my knee hits the passenger window switch and the window is down slightly. i only notice the next time i get in the car and see the water. one thing to check is the drain holes under the top. if you lower the top half way look right behind the door where the top folds. you should see a dime sized hole for drainage. i clean them every couple of months.

Make sure that the drain is not clogged with dirt. These are located in the well were the top folds down or get under the car and look up.The top will need to be up to find the drain. I check mine on once or twice a year.
