Annoying rattle

I have a rattle right above my head to the left in my camaro vert. We tried tightening a few bolts but NOTHING fixed it. I can hold it with my hand while I drive and it gets rid of it. Anyone know what it could possibly be?

I wish I knew, mine does the same exact thing, it doesn't do it all of the time
though, sometimes I can undo my top latches and raise and lower my top while pulling it towards the left with the hand grip and it seems to help

Beats me, never had that problem. Did you try removing the piece to see if anything was loose behind it?

I would have to bet there is some adjustments that can be made. You may have to remove the front header panel that is screwed down to access the adjustments on the latches??? But I'm sure those latches have to have some type of adjustment.

My vert is tight as a bug and very quiet. It's my wifes T-top car that rattles and drives me insane.

Yeah my 02 has a strange little knocking sound every now & then . Seems to be coming from the passenger side up around and behind that curved horizontal piece above the window . Its annoying because the vert is so quite otherwise .

i am in the same place. rattle above the drivers trim over the window. the best solution i have found that works is to lower the top. i would love to fix the problem though.
