    2002 Camaro roof bow

Is the center of the roof suppose to be bowed outward? I have seen cars driving down the down the road with a huge bubble on the top from the wind.

No it is not supposed to be bowed outward. As you appear to understand, this is from driving at high speeds with the top up and the windows down, which causes the top to act like a parachute and become distorted over time. It is OK to occasionally drive at moderate speeds with the windows down but anything above 45 or so and you are really asking for trouble.
