    Like whats the trick to get the spare tire out?

    No trick that I know of. Just don't bugger up the plastic panel screws and speaker wire harness.

    I think the trunk divider must come out first.

    Once you get the side panel off, everything is still very tight but you can eventually get the tire out. Definitely recommend you wear mechanics gloves unless you like shredding you hands on the many sharp edges in the tire well.
