WTB: LT1 M6 preferably... 6K in hand

i have an 11 second lt1, 383 stroker, lots of bolts ons and suspension work. m6 and ttops, could use paint but its a strong runner. Interior is very clean, has new speakers and a nice cd player! I'm 40 minutes south of chicago. Little more expensive than 6k. PM me for more info. Will sell as soon as today for the right offer.

well it sounds like a great car, but i'm looking for somethin that would be more economical to drive in indianapolis and back home, which is 2 and a half hours away for me...

Okay let me know if you reconsider...lt1's dont get great mileage to begin with. 6k wont get you a nice ls1 lol. This one since it is an m6 swap has the 6 speed with a4 gears in the back (3.23's).

I drove it from Chicago down to school (Eastern Illinois University) And Got there in only 8.5 gallons, doing 80 the whole way. With the gears in this car 80mph is just shy of 2000 rpm. I pulled 20 mpg on that trip.

but yeah an lt1, more economical than that! haha
