Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
WTB LS1 FBODY a4, ttops, ILLINOIS.
im workin on sellin my car, as soon as its gone, im going to be in the market for an ls1...
what im looking for:
clean, reliable dd, with ls1 power. must be ttops that DO NOT LEAK! must run perfectly. i will be drivin back and forth from school and work EVERY DAY with this, so it must be fully functional, and i wont have much time during the year to work on it.
looking under 100k miles, unless i come across one w. higher mileage that has been babied and has only had 1 owner.
preferred in this order:
t.a.
formula
z28
price must be under $10k.
automatic is pretty much a must. hardtops and verts will be considered...
preferrably a stock or generally stock car.
id also prefer 99+ as i have heard some stories about the '98 blocks...
i am located right by rockford illinois. west of chicago by about 2 hrs roughly. ill be willing to travel a few hours for a great deal, but would rather not go across the country since im starting school in a few days
if i can think of any more specifics, ill add them here
(also, if anyones looking for a cheap fbody, i have a 92 rs for sale for $1700obo, that id love to trade for the ls1 car, to knock a little off the price)
and if its ok to post these links in this thread, do they seem like good deals to u? im probably going to check these out also, but i want to have more options

Silver- 2000 Camaro SS
i know!!! i definitely would... but its jsut not gonna be doable... id have to work every single day, and im in school so its just really not a practical idea.
$10k is actually a little too much, but ill work a little OT for it...
also, i dont think i posted this already:
A very nice LT1 or VERY VERY nice thirdgen could also do the trick

Dang...I wanna know how you went from a $4,000-$5,000 price range to $10,000!! That really opens things up.
