trade lifted grand cherokee for LS1?

1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 6.5" lift and 33x12.5 BFG mud terrains with only 84K miles on the very reliable I6. Has NP231 transfer case allowing you to choose if you want to use 2wd or 4wd, its not all time 4wd. The NP231 was the factory heavy duty transfer case. Jeep runs great and is amazing offroad. Interior is in perfect condition, this jeep has been garaged its whole life except for the past year.

WOW..that thing looks good...there is only one answer...HAVE BOTH... i have a cherokee with 8" of lift on 35's and a WS6. i had to have both to be happy. and yes i paid for everything with my own money.
