Selling 1986 Pontiac Trans Am 5.0- 2500 obo
So here’s the deal, I am selling my very first car which is a Black 1986 Pontiac Trans Am. This car is fuel injected, automatic transmission, 5.0L V8 with 155,000 miles roughly. The car also has t-tops. I bought this car when I was 15 in 2005 with my own hard earned cash. The car has been very reliable for me the past 5 years but alas, this winter is over and its time to get out my new 98 Trans Am. =) Since I have owned the car I have kept the car well maintained, especially engine wise.
Here is a just a small list of the main things I have done to the car just in the past 30 months:
1. Timing Chains and Gears
2. Rebuilt Heads and New Valves
3. Fuel Pump
4. Brake pads
5. Brake Rotors
6. Brake Calipers
7. Tires
8. Water Pump
9. Starter
10. Radiator
11. Thermostat
12. All hoses
13. All belts
14. New trans fluid and filter
15. U Joins
16. Battery
17. Spark Plugs
18. Distributor cap and rotor
19. Door hinge pins
20. Door handles
21. Radio/CD player
22. 2 additional kenwood 800 watt 10in subs but no amp! (car is all wired up but I lent the amp to a friend and his car was stolen!
Not everything above was completely necessary but a good idea to keep the car well maintained. The heads were replaced this winter by me and some friends, during this job everything from the heads up was replaced! The job alone cost over 800 dollars in parts with more than 1000 dollars in labor if I was to have it done at a shop. Luckily my family and friends are full of professional mechanics! The car runs better now than it ever has before! Starts as fast as my new trans am!
Exterior wise there is rust around the wheel wells and a dent in each of the front quarter panels that was there when I bought it. There is also a dent behind the driver’s side window that I am sure could easily be pulled out. The interior is in fairly good shape, Must see and hear the car run to understand what a great deal this is!!!!!! I am asking 2500obo, all reasonable offers will be considered. Feel free to call me or text at 734 502 3936 or email me at bretsaka@yahoo.com. I know everything there is to know about this car and unfortunately there is to much to remember all at once. My family is full of mechanics and the car has been taken very well care of!

bump would take 2000 cash but needs to go soon.. parts plus labor alone would have been far over 1500 alone.. took a long time but job was done very well and car runs great!
