For Sale: 2001 Yamaha R6 $2800!!!!

Hey everyone,

I have up for sale my 2001 R6. It is the red/black/white paint scheme. It has 18,7XX miles on it. I just changed the oil and oil filter not 30 miles ago. I just went to Yamaha of Pikeville and bought a brand new Yusa gel battery ($168.54). It has a Yoshimara RS-3 slip on exhaust system, and I put a brand new clear Fabbri double bubble windscreen from indysuperbikes.com (the only company in the USA that carrys them that I know of). The frame and swingarm are polished, and I have 4 brand new NGK plugs that I just havent got around to putting them in yet. Now for the bad news. In the first and second gears the bikes runs fine until it hits about 7-8 grand on the tach, then for some reason it clicks into neutral? I'm not sure what is worong with it, I haven't had it to a mechanic, but I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about. The other gears are fine and the bike can still be riden anywhere. The next thing is the guy who owned it before me somehow let the bike fall on its side then his buddies bike fell on top of his????The result was a few small dents and scratches in the tank , as well as a few nicks and scratches on the tail section and lower farings. Kelly Blue Book list the price of the bike at $4850.00 with 22K miles on it but because of the things I mentioned, I am asking $2800. I need this bike sold ASAP, I have an engagement ring for my g/f on hold and I need this sold quickly.
