FS in san diego $5000 '99 formula, 6.0, C/I/E etc

i've decided to put a better transmission and stall in it before i decide to sell it or keep it. if i still decide to sell it, it'll be for $7k.

99 formula auto 119k miles on body
30k on LQ4 engine (installed 2 weeks ago)

---issue:
the torque converter is jammed into the trans pump, and i can't get it out with the tools i have. i have a new pump assembly, gasket, and filter kit new in the box that come with it. the trans is out of the car.

silver ext
dark gray int.
leather seats
T tops
no traction control

-01/02 6.0 LQ4 with 30k miles
-TR224/224 .563 .563 on 112
-patriot dual springs
-lid/K&N
-F.A.S.T. 90 intake (painted black)
-F.A.S.T. 90mm TB
-FLP long tubes with bolt in cats or pipes
-SLP firehawk catback with cutout, flowtech muffler, and magnaflow tips
-richmond 3.73s with fresh bearings and seals (left axle shaft is scored and makes noise)
-01/02 WS6 speedline wheels with new nitto DRs on the rear

-the upper dash panel has a crack down the middle.
-brand new JVC cd/mp3 player
