Mileage is 62k well maintained.
I have the title and it is clear, I own the car not the bank.
I've only driven the car approx 3000 miles per year, changed the oil once per year and always ran full synthetic 5w30.
Always babied, never raced, always wiped down with detail spray after every drive.
