98 z28 GAUGING INTEREST
I bought this car about 9 months ago and now have the means to buy a ws6 with 10,000 miles so I wanted to see if there would be any interest in the z28. I bought the z28 a4 with 67,000 from the original owner and it has 69,200 on the clock now. The car was bone stock when I bought her and the interior is damn near mint and the exterior looks excellent too with no dings/dents anywhere. I will take more pics in the next few days to give a closer view. Here are the things I have done to the car and how long ago they were done:
1) Rebuilt tranny w/transgo shift kit and 3 year warr-3 weeks ago
2) New OEM Delphi ac compressor and ac service-1 month ago
3) new upper dash pad- 6 months ago
4) Derale tranny pan w/drain plug/cooling tubes/extra fluid capacity-6months ago
5) 3M window tint lifetime warr-3 months ago
6) Billit aluminum grill- 3 days ago
7) SLP loudmouth catback- 2 months ago
8) Borla xr1 muffler-3 days ago
9)New ac belt -1 month ago
10) American Racing 17x9 TTM wheels -400 miles old
11) Nitto 555 extreme perf. tires 275/40/17-400 miles old
12) MTI clear lid-4 month ag0
13) K@N filter-4 months ago
14)MSD 8.5mm wires-6 months ago
15) NGK tr 55 plugs- 3 weeks ago
16) Coolant flush/new Dexcool added-3 days ago
The car also has a aluminum driveshaft and 323 gears from fact. It also has power window, power locks,6 way power drivers seat, power mirrors, Monsoon cd player and factory keyless entry/alarm. It does not have leather seats but the clothe seats are flawless. I am going to take more pics asap. I have a really messed up back and have never drove the car hard because of recent surgery/pain. I have all reciepts /w/dates as well. NOTE**the car has SLP 3.5 stainless exhaust tips now also-unlike the last pic shows and a bilit grill. Asking $9,500.00.

O yea bro- I love ls1's. I want either a ws6-m6 or z28 or z28/SS-m6 with under 10,000 miles. I dunno though, I am takin my time to find the right car but may just keep this one and mod it on out. I would actually like to keep this one and buy another but insurance would be an issue then. LOL. This is actually my 5th z28 and I have also owned a s10,chevy celebrity and a s15 gmc. I am down with chevy for sure.hahaha I just couldnt see myself buying anything but GM.
* I actually have to test drive a m6 first to see if my back issues can handle pushing in the clutch.

Yea a new on would be so sweet!
I never had a almost new car (10,000 miles or lower) in my life and I finally have the means to get one. But to be honest the car I have now drives/looks almost new. I know its hard to believe for a 98 but it drives super tight -the interior is 9 out of 10 and exterior is a 8 IMO and I am a perfectionist. Its such a hard decision and thats why I am "gauging interest". I found a ws6 ta M6 black/black mint with 10,000 miles for 22 grand. Its perfect and the only mod is a Borla cat back. The leather seats dont even look like they have been sat in. It looks showroom new. Its just a bit more then I wanted to spend and even though its perfect I think I can find one cheaper if I keep looking. Also found a white one w/25,000 miles for 18gs.

Yea i hear ya, besides a couple things on the body, mine looks and acts like new too, with 61k miles lol. But theres just nothin better than having a car with less than 20k miles. That one with 25k an SS or WS6?

The one with 25,000 is a ws6 M6 white, ebony leather int, loaded,t tops, white, completely stock. I talked the guy down from 19,500 to 18. Really nice car. If I can talk him down to 17,500 I may get it but I prefer a black or red-but the white looks good too.

Yea not a fan of white but a WS6 with black rims can look pretty badass. You been looking through the WS6 circulation on LS1? Theres usually some pretty nice low mile TA's for about that price.

Where are u talkin about looking-you mean on this site? If so-yes I missed a killer deal on a 2000 ws6 M6 black/black loaded 19,000 miles mint for $15,000. I should have flew up to tenn. that day but I hesitated because of the extremely low price.

Hey man you put it in any local auto trader magazines? I just put the TA in there wednesday, i've gotten more calls in the past 4 days than responses in the 2 months i've had it for sale online.

I actually ran it 1 time on autotrader online and it was right when the tranny went out and I had her in the shop so the few calls I did get I couldnt show the car.
I need to put her in the autotrader magazine like u said- I guess I just buy a magazine and call the number right? Thanks man-I appreciate the tip-I am for sure gonna do that.
