White- 98 Trans Am
98 Trans Am m6 heads/cam/intake, asking pay off
I'm trying to get rid of my high car payment so I can get back in class full time. Which means I'll be getting something cheaper. So here it is...
1998 Pontiac Trans Am
Navy Blue Metallic
6 speed
T-tops
Dark Grey leather
Currently @ 109xxx miles
Location: Stillwater, OK (74074)
Mods: Custom Comp Grind cam, Katech ported 241 heads, Textralia OZ700 clutch & flywheel, rebuilt t-56, LS6 intake, LS6 throttle body, Hooker Long Tube headers, B&M shifter, Windows professionally tinted 5 percent, Aftermarket Z fog lights.
Previous owner says it made 420rwhp in Aug. 2006.
I'm currently working on installing new brass headlight gears, a newer Monsoon headunit & all speakers, the shift boot is getting a metal bracket, also getting another excellent shaped driver side ttop (will have keys for both), & maybe getting her new shocks.
The bad...
-Drivetrain wine. Possibly an axle. We installed another 10 bolt about 4,000 miles ago from a 2001 WS6 with 20xxx miles on it that hasn't been abused, and neither have I done any hard launches or burnouts with it. Changed to synthetic gear oil & limited slip additive.
-The front bird panel on the bumper needs repainted.
-It could use a better buff job on the back driver side panel.
-A/C doesn't work?
The car runs awesome. I'll be keeping the TTM's, WS9 hood, & GMMG catback unless someone wants to buy them with the car.
I was asking payoff, which right now is $9500, and next month it should be close to $9200. See my last reply below here for new price. I will also consider trades for a cheaper 98-02 Trans Am + cash (it can be a roller, it can have high miles, must have clean title).Last edited by candlelit; 10-10-2007 at 09:29 PM.

Hello there,
Nice car! Would you happen to have any additional pics of the car?
Thanks,

well it's the US Exotics 'Outlaw' WS9 hood. $9400 without the hood, GMMG, & TTM's. I would sell it with the hood for $9800.

alright guys I'm going to ask $8900 OBO for it, this will have the factory hood back on, some 17" Seneca 5 spoked silver wheels... they're decent, I'm going to get some better tires for them, and I'll be keeping the GMMG catback but will be thinking of what to do with it after the cats. I can give the new owner my old SLP Loudmouth that I took off it.
here is a link to a picture of the wheels I took last winter... http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b1...lit86/set1.jpg
