Black- LS6 Swapped WS6
98 WS6 w/2003 LS6 Z06 Motor, M6, NJ
Dropped to $13,500 and I'm open to serious offers. Will work on the price as it sits or more so with stock LS6 intake and stocker throttle body. The 90mm setup is actually hurting it power-wise without a cam anyway.
Car's a 98 T/A WS6, M6, stock 10 bolt w/3:42's, 78k original miles and it's currently a DD so it may have a little more when sold. It's an M6 (shifts great, 5th synchro will give you a quiet crunch sometimes but it's not bad at all, just wanted to mention it), black/grey t-top car, all powers, cd, etc. Body is damn near mint with exception of a few typical rock chips, interior is likewise in great shape, no tears in the bolsters or anything. Car was garaged it's entire life before I got it(been in my hands for 9 months or so). T-tops DO NOT leak, ever, car doesn't burn/leak a drop of anything and runs excellent! I use nothing but synthetic fluids and every fluid in the car is fresh front to back, oil will be changed in the next few weeks as it's due. I use Amsoil, fyi, $9 a qt. Car can be driven anywhere, any time. I wouldn't hesitate to drive long distance with it.
Now for the goodies...
-2003 LS6 Z06 motor, pulled straight from a Z06 at 20k miles in January 08 (pulled from car because current owner is having a 4XX cubic inch TT LSX setup built)
-AC/smog delete (have the compressor but the condensor was shot)
-FAST 90mm intake
-NW 90mm Anodized black throttle body
-TBYRNE Ported Maf ends
-Custom ram-air setup (hood cutout)
-SLP Lid
-Pacesetter CC'd LT headers
-ORY
-02 Sims
-Magnaflow Cat-back w/dual dual chrome tips
-SLP line lock
-RAM clutch(good to 500rwtq, about 6k on it)
-RAM cluch master (about 6k on it)
-RAM clutch slave (about 6k on it)
-BMR adjustable panhard bar
-BMR Strut tower brace
-Eibach Pro Kit
-Aeroforce Scangauge (has like 30+ functions and can be converted to a wideband setup)
-Pioneer 6.5 door speakers
-BRAND new driver's window motor
-4 new tires
-5% tint all around
-black painted calipers/rotors (no nasty surface rust visible through the wheels that way)
-smoked corner lenses front/rear
-BFH mod, the right way, then painted over to prevent rust, car will accomodate 18x10.5 rears with Drag Radials and zero rubbing
-entire car was undercoated and there was ZERO rust at all to begin with, now it'll stay that way
Have pics at my site, car looks 90% the same except now has stock WS6 wheels with brand new rubber. Pics are all recent though. Site is www.fquick.com/nighthawk355x
EVERY SINGLE bit of work done was performed by New Era Performance in Rochester NY(they're a sponsor on LS1 Tech). Though I do not have receipts they can verify everything done, I have nothing to hide here, it's a damn great car!
Had it re-tuned at TTP a month ago and it made 387rwhp 370rwtq, have sheets to prove it. Car's been to the track once as it sits, for 3 passes. With a baby 3500 launch it did 12.34@114. It's definately got the mph for a mid 11 second pass but since I daily it I didn't want to go balls to the wall.
Your basically looking at the definition of "sleeper". It looks/sounds/drives like a bolt-on LS1 until you jump on it, then it'll scare you. It runs like a bolt-on Z06 so gas isn't bad at all, and it makes power comparable to many H/C/I LS1 cars but with WAAAY better streetability.
Only reason I'm selling it is I think I'm finally going to go balls out and start a project I've wanted to do for years. I'm going to miss this car dearly but I think this is something I have to do.

Forgot to mention, I have one lined up, but I'll consider a trade for a black or silver 99 or 00 Corvette FRC. Has to be an FRC and has to be one of those 2 colors, preferably black though. Mods are welcome, the more the merrier. Let me know what you'd have in mind. I'm strapped for cash but let me know.

I may negotiate for the next week or so, found a better deal on an FRC I'd like to jump on so I'll pass the savings along. This is time sensative because I don't think this other car will last, so if you're interested it won't get any cheaper than now.
Shoot me a realistic offer. venomsvtcobra@aol.com

ttt, will help with tax too. I'll write a bill of sale and tell Uncle Sam you paid whatever you'd like for the car.

Black- LS6 Swapped WS6
It's in my 1st post, I was asking $16k. $11k would be more than fair if it were a full bolt-on and tuned LS1 car in this condition. The car's not "back yard" built nor is it built with cheap parts. Every single mod done to this car was done by an LS1 Tech sponsor, the previous owner works there. F-bodies with this power are a dime a dozen, but only a handful are as reliable and streetable as this car. Motor's still virgin with about 23k on it now.
If you buy an F-body and build it with a low mileage LS6 you'll be almost $20k in if the car's really clean and built right. I'm not looking for ANYWHERE'S near that but I would happily keep the car before I let it go for anything near $11k. I'd like to sell it but I don't have to.

Just swapped the Loud Mouth for a Magnaflow cat-back, car sounds quieter but it didn't seem to lose anything power wise, now it's REALLY an "LS1 with exhaust work", LOL!

Good luck on sale man, one of my girlfriends has the exact same setup as you but her TA is an 01 and dark blue. We are also from central NJ.... long story short her LS1 dropped a valve and it was cheaper to get an 03 LS6 motor then to rebuild...

I'm game. Let me know when it sells. In the mean time if you have any questions about the car let me know.
The previous owner bumped my ad on LS1 tech too, in case anyone had doubts as to where or how the car's been built. Go take a look. My member name there is nighthawk355x
