im selling her because i dont have use for 3 cars. its got a new clutch, battery, 2 new tires, newer timing belt, kenwood cd player, power locks, windows, 5 spd. this is a great car now that gas prices are going up. has 110k on the clock. thats all i can think of right now if i think of more ill post it. its going to be going into next weeks issue of autotrader.

why dont you just cancel the policy? no sense paying insurance on something you aren't using

in ohio the government sends out random insurance verification papers. ive already gotten 2 this year. i talk to everyone else and they have never gotten one, so im not going to take my chances.

If you aren't driving it, and it's not parked on the street, I don't believe it has to be insured, so long as you have insurance on your other vehicles. If you don't sell, I'd talk to your agent -- I talked to mine about cancelling my insurance on my SS over the winter since i won't be driving it, and she said no problem.... (i have another car as well).

thats not cancelling your insurance, thats putting on a storage rated insurance. my mother works for state farm, so get all the ins and outs of the laws. if your vehicle has a valid tag on the license plate then it has to be insured.

its about winter and this will be a great snow car for all of us RWD people out there.
