2005 legacy gt for sale great DD, WI

Its a 2005 subaru legacy gt. 52/48 AWD split awesome in snow cant say how great it has been to me living in Wisconsin. 73,000miles and going up, cloth interior with heated seats, mirrors, wipers. Dual climate control, home link and auto dimming mirror. 5 speed auto 5EAT with stock 3200rpms stall. Car will come with newer all season tires, approx 15kmiles on them. Stock the car has 250hp/250trq with a 2.5liter boxer turbo. The longblock is exactly the same as the 04-06 STI long block. Right now the downpipe/uppipe is gutted and is running a custom tune. Car put down 237whp/267wtrq on a mustang AWD dyno with current mods. Given that is AWD with an auto tranny that puts it at 310-320crank hp and 340-350trq. I do have the stock tune and can get a stock dp/up for very cheap and return the car to stock if wanted before sale. Transferable warrenty good for another 3 years and up to 100k miles so 27k more miles. Brakes have 10-15kmiles on them, racing brake slotted rotors and hawk hp pads. Im asking 14,300 obo. Im looking to get another sports car now that i have a good back up DD. Dealers have offered me 9,800 to 11,700 but i would rather sell it private sale than give it to some stealership and obviously get what the car is worth. Its regal blue pearl with black/gray interior.

uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, as much as I am tempted I promised my girl I would get another DD before I go buying a sports car since we do have a 2 year old that I take to daycare. So I need money, nice car though

We need two dds, one for me and one for her. I sure as hell aint letting her drive the sporty car i get. Im basically looking to get two cars out of selling this one, so a straight up trade doesnt work for me, sorry for the confusion. What i meant by that is i can sell this car and we can continue to have a car to drive while i look for another DD and then a sports car.
