2001 Formula for sale!! LS1-V8

Car is mostly stock. Has a K&N cold air intake kit, and a flow master muffler. The car is in really good condition and runs great. 140,000 miles on the clock. New tires were installed about a month ago and the warranty is transferable, new alternator about a year ago. Just had a full recovery and vacuum on the air conditioner and then had it recharged. Has a Sony Xplode CD player and a Sony Xplode 800 watt subwoofer amp connected to two Kicker 12" subs. System was installed right after I bought the car 6 years ago so it is kind of dated, but none the less sounds good.
