2001 3.8 Black - sold- 2000 SS Black M6
I am selling my 2000 SS Camaro. This car has been my baby and I never thought I'd sell her, but the time has come to shift priorities in life.
She was a garage queen before I owned her, and has been my DD since 2010. I think Ive only put 10k miles on her in my ownership.
$9000
2000 SS Camaro
89k miles
Black
Grey cloth
Offset chrome Z06 rims, 17X8.5 and 18X10.5 with 295/35/18 KDWs, only about 5k miles on the tires.
Elite Engineering Catch Can
Volant dual cone intake.
LS6 manifold.
no AIR, or EGR
Pacesetter 1 3/4" headers.
Texas Speed ORY
Texas Speed 3" rumber exhaust, with turn downs
Tick adjustable master cylinder.
LS7 clutch.
Pro 5.0 shifter w/ Lous short stick
UMI on car adjustable LCAs
Whistlered headlights
Black billet from grill added since this pic was taken, and the exhaust tips replaced with turndowns
All modifications professionally installed since I have owned it, I drive this car every day and have never had a single problem with it.
Never raced, never been to a track, no burnouts or clutch dumps.
Issues:
Check engine light comes on intermittently due to a gremlin in the knock sensors. Once in awhile it throws a code saying the knock sensors are getting low voltage but both sensors and wiring harness were replaced and the code didn't go away. I have since found out that I used the wrong brand sensors. The engine does not knock and the sensors are working just fine, so I never justified replacing them AGAIN, unless I already had the intake off
No A/C. All the hardware is present, just needs a new compressor, current one has a bad seal, so the coolant leaks out in about 2 weeks. Even being my DD, I don't drive it often, and when I do its early AM or evening, so again, I never justified fixing it.
Shallow dent along the edge of the drivers rear fender, not very noticeable
