Does it have any mechanical issues that need attention and what condition is the paint/exterior in? The fquick pics aren't very detailed. Where at in Arkansas do you live as well?

No issues, can be driven anywhere. paint is excellent. Car is in NEWPORT AR. Interior is very nice. tires have about 2/3s tread. a very nice stocker.
