2000 Formula Firehawk, 1 of 10, possibly for sale, NJ

My girlfriend's been thinking about selling her car, she doesn't have money to keep up with it and needs something with better gas mileage for her commute. She owes around $12k on it so she's looking for that just to break even.

It definately needs some TLC, I think the guy who had it before her beat it up a little. She hasn't, she just got the car because it was nice and she liked it.

2000 Formula Firehawk, the REAL thing, not a clone, I looked up the production numbers after I saw a guy on car domain with the same car claiming it was "1 of 10", and sure enough it is. They only made 10 formula firehawks with this exact package in 2000. 6 speed, black w/black leather, T-tops, cd, cruise, all powers, 5% tint, chrome rims, Flowmaster cat-back, BBK ceramic coated headers, 47,000 miles, otherwise stock

The good:
-FAST CAR! I've let it loose twice and it definately goes!
-Paint and body are great(except for hood)
-T-tops don't leak a drop
-just had suspension checked at work and everything is A ok(handles great)
-clutch and slave cyl. were replaced when she got it(2 years ago)
-battery is recent
-Gets Mobil 1 full synthetic 10w 30 every 3000 miles(I make her use that cuz I change the oil myself)
-brakes done about 1 year ago(by me)
-Interior is all there and in nice shape(no rips, needs a cleaning though)

The Bad:
-Trans needs a rebuild(5th has been shot since she got it, another reason she's selling it, she hasn't had money to do the trans)all other gears are fine
-paint on hood is chipping(fairly common on firehawk hoods from what I hear)
-Chrome is chipping on the rims a bit(not horrible but I figured I'd mention it)
-could use front tires
-needs driver's side window motor

Nothing to hide with it, like I said, it does need work, that and her commute are why she's debating selling it. I wanted to take it off her hands but I never have money either. It's definately a sick car! It'd make a great collectable or badass race car, nice to say you have "1 of 10 made".
