Your car is over priced that is why there is no interest. Seems like a nice car good luck with your sale.

thanks for you feedback. sometimes its tough to set a price when you don't know what its worth. i kinda hate to sell it too so i don't want to give it away.
its a tough call.
it seems like the whole economic crisis is affecting everything.
i also wonder if the popularity of these cars has waned.

No problem. I normally would never make a post like that but I figured since you asked I would.
I think the cars still have popularity but the new camaro coming out and a bad economy makes them a tough sell.
Try searching ebay, craigslist and auto trader for pricing and be prepared to hold on to it until the right buyer comes along. Some guys won't touch a car with no options others really want them.

yes, it does have A/C, tilt wheel, moonsoon CD head and thats about it.
no power windows, power door locks, cruise control, fog lights, rear window heater. if i remember right those all came in an option package that i didn't opt for when i ordered the car.
the end result is to have a car that weighs in less.

If you are not buying a vehicle, you have no business telling them what price to set.
It is seller's business as to what is an appropriate price for their vehicle.
If you are interested in that vehicle, you may negotiate from the listed price. Otherwise, they don't want your comments.
Trolls can be given a 3 day ban.
Nice car, good luck with the sale!

I know you guys are trying to be helpful to the OP, but instead of publicly posting suggestions/opinions on pricing, PM them to him in the future

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
FYI: Check the option sticker on the door. I believe the stripper option (which you have) was "1SC". My buddy bought a 99 SS like that (no power anything with a lot of stuff deleted).
Also Good Luck with the sale. If I had the coinage I'd take it because it's a stripper. Like you said lighter weight.
<---- As you can see I like the breed.
