1998 Camaro with only 50K

I am helping a family friend to sell thier 1998 Chevy Camaro. The car was originally bought by the father and was used as a weekend cruiser car Hence it only having 50,000 original miles. Unfortunatly he past away. So I told the family I would check over everything and help them sell it. I am a ASE master automotive technician. The KBB is $6,300. The car needs nothing!

Engine/Mechanical
3.8L V-6 with automatic transmission. All service was maintained
The only very slight issue is that since the car sat for a while it has some flat spots on the tires (lots of life left in the tread but when you drive it you can hear some road noise from the flat spots).

Interior
Power windows, power locks, cd player, cruise control, cold AC, etc

The interior is in great shape!!

Exterior
The clear coat has a few spots that are bad (can see in pics) other wise great exterior (no rust at all, and no dents that I can recall or least not any that are easily visible)
