Red- 1992 Camaro
1992 camaro LT1 swap
I posted the engine up for sale in the parts to see if people would want me to pull the engine out and sell it piece by piece, but I'm also going to post the whole car here incase someone just wants it all. Originally a 92 red RS, 700R4 tranny, 305 tbi, ttops. Built an LT1 to put into it (will put specs for engine at the end). 1994 formula posi rear installed. Kept the 700R4 hooked up. The engine is in the car and most of the wiring is done, but I just don't have the time to finish it up, plus I need the money really bad. Here is what it needs....Wiring finished, Power steering hooked up (included), ebrake hooked up, belt put on, 93 painless wiring, computer, and programmed chip for engine included, but for those who know wiring you may just want to take it out and start over if you would feel more comfortable that way. I've got everything for it to be finished just no time. It's at someone elses house right now, so pics will take me about a week to get, but just let me know if you are interested at all. With the engine I started off with a 94 bare block and went from there. Had it bored 30 over and honed. All parts were balanced at the machine shop. Everything but the pushrods are new in the engine.
New GM aluminum assembled heads with Kmotion springs
New Comp cam 503
Vented opti with 1000 miles
New Speed pro hyper. pistons with hell fire rings, forged eagle rods, scat steel crank, clevite bearings
New water pump
Used intake manifold painted red
Used stock TB
New Billet valve covers
93 computer and painless wiring harness with aftermarket chip
New hooker painted shorty headers with aluminized ypipe
New timing chain and gears
EGR block off plates
New MSD plug wires
New Stock rockers
While I was putting this engine together I had a shop manager check everything before I went to the next step just to make sure it was perfect.
Anymore questions just PM or email. I am located in the Chattanooga, TN area. I put quite a bit of money and time into it, but at this point $3500obo takes the whole thing. Will get pics asap.
