The local notary said it was like that because it was over 10 years old, & over 100k ... It still shouldn't show up like a red flag on the history report...

just tring to help you out a bit here, i have sold lots on ebay. i would never put that no strings attached. i get your being honest, but you will have people drive the price up then not come through. then they will say have man you said no strings attached. just tring to help you out. i would take about 10 more pics of any problem ares and let them fight over it. there are still a lot of guys rock climbing and mud racing these, it will go.
