1980 V8 Camaro FOR SALE

I'm selling my 1980 Berlinetta.

305 engine, 4bbl carb.

Th350 Auto transmission.

Car is blue.

Basicly I bought it to restore what small things needed it, and put a cadillac 500 in it.

Unfortunatly with my schedual I can't really do what I wanted. I go to college, and work 2 different jobs. So it pretty much takes up ALL my time. So she has to go.

What I'm asking is 3,000OBO This is just to cover my next tuition bill, don't think I'm making any profit on this.

Down to the nitty gritty.

The only real rust is behind the door, in the passenger rear quarter panel. It's not very big at all and all it needs is someone to get a small peice of sheet and weld it up.

Umm. The interior has a crack in the dash and console lid. And the Carpet is a bit torn up on the drivers side where the previous owner was looking for rust. In the picture it looks like there is some, but it's really just paint flakes and carpet from where he was screwing around. I didn't find any rust there and I stomped on it and it held like brand new steel.

And the Exterior drivers side handle is broken in half. That can be replaced for about 12 bucks from Classic.

The engine runs, and the transmission shifts well. Neither leak.

The paint looks a bit iffy on the hood, top, and trunk, but it's just dust and paint oxidation. It can be buffed out about 85-90 percent. The only real paint problem is where it is starting to peel on the poly nose.

Last thing is the headliner is getting to be saggy. You can see pretty much everything in the pictures, thanks guys.

Thanks. Oh, and I'm in central Illinois. The plates are Iowa, but it's from the previous owner. Shipping I can get done for about 350 if you need be, we can go half on it.

So 3,000OBO for a very solid second gen is pretty good in my eyes, and less than I paid. I would like serious offers only please, it needs to go so I can get everything for school lined up. Also I would take care of the rust and handle for 250. The rust would just be welded up with sheet and primered, the handle replaced with a part from classic.
