worth the extra cash?

I am looking at the afr street elenator heads and the race heads. is it worth 300 dolalars for the race ones over the street ones? I am stroking it after a major failure and redoing the whole top end at the same time.

also would a 650 lift cam be too much with the racing heads? seems like the power would be amazing, but i don't know if there is a clearance issue.

The Competition Package is just more head work and upgraded valvetrain components. It's worth it, unless your machine shop can do better.

we have a killer shop around here, but afr is pretty hard to beat. I am gonna be buying bare heads though. I want a different setup on the valves for nitrous instead of just naturally aspirated(just larger exhaust and .02 larger intake all with manley race valves) I am looking at spending 2600 dollars for my heads and cam setup either way. it's just where it's spent.
