thumping sound in the back sounds like it is coming from driver side.
Just started after some fun driving. Thought i had a flat at first. Anyway i was thinking it was a wheel bearing or from what i have been reading maybe the posi? Anyway any ideas would be helpful. I have been reading that alot of people that may have the same or similar sound replace their wheel bearings and it doesn't go away. The sound goes away if your on the gas inside the car but outside you can hear a popping. If you let off the gas and coast it sounds like something is hitting the inside wheel well of the driver side and it's loud.
TIA

I had a similar problem when I was driving my car home from the dealership.
Turned out the spare tire/donut was loose and was banging around.
Check that first.
