Proper air pressure
Anyone know what the proper air pressure should be? My door stickers for my stock 16's but I have 275/40/17f and 315/35/17r's now, the rubber are what came with the rims, sumitomos (never even heard of em) but the tire only says max 44psi for both. should i be like 34f/36r?

I'd use whats on the tire in question. If it says 44 psi. max,,,,,that is usually a cold temp reading.
I generally run about 5 psi. under the max cold temp recommendation,,,and watch tire wear,,,then adjust accordingly.
I generally find that I need about 2 psi. more in the front than the rear to compensate for weight.

35 psi all around (cold) was generally what I ran with 275/40-17s. That got me fairly even tire wear.
