    Powdercoating Waterpump?

Has anyone done it to a stock unit? besides the outer plate gasket and the o-ring on the drive shaft itself, is there any other gaskets i have to worry about? will it warp the aluminum? thanks all

I think you have to get the central shaft/impeller and the bearing pressed out of the aluminum body.. I believe thats what they did when I had mine done years ago... then it gets pressed back on to the finished piece

Powder Coating requires baking which would distort any shift seals. Do a Google search, you might find some already done.

Post some picks when you get it in.
