opti replacement

My opti has decided to crap on me, so I need a new one. Has anyone here used either an Accel or Summit Racing opti with good results?

I haven't used the Accel or Summit. I tried two OEMs and both took a dump within a few thousand miles. After that I went with the MSD and haven't had a problem in three years.

I run a summit OPTI but I only have 500miles on it. It runs good. I have had it up to 6200 and it does not miss or anything. Runs good.

I may oreder the Summit one. My car has decided it wants to let out these huge backfires, it's so bad I can't even think about driving it. It was just missing out, I have already changed the plugs and wires which cleared up the miss, then this started.

O2s are new too. I am going to take the cap off of the opti and check the rotor. I was told that I sould have put thread locker on the bolts that hold the rotor on, but I didn't do that, so it's possible that the rotor may have come loose. I have an extra cap and I am going to change that as well.

I have an Accel Opti, and it seems to work fine, the car has 210,000 on it and this was the first replacement so it runs alot better, when it cranks.

I broke down and a bought an Accell Opti. It works great.
