Well i ran across these. looking at Summit Store. Would they be any Decent?
Hypertech has one for 96 to 97 Says

Dont waste your money. Handheld programmers (such as hypertech) are good for little more than tuning for new rear axle gears, fan settings, etc. Their increase in power is little if any.

No, definitely don't go with either, as neither will yield you a solid gain. Custom tune is the only way to go!

no to hypertech... only get it if you get rear gears or a new fan... the upgraded tuning is bs. dyno tune it or mail order tune and youll get muuuuch more for the money.
