Just looking at your parts list, you have either the wrong connecting rods or the wrong pistons. If a piston is designed for use with a 6 inch rod, it wont work with a 5.7 inch rod. As for the LT4 kit.. it probably wasnt the best money spent. For about the same cost you can get the LT1 heads ported (which will far outflow stock LT4 heads), and matched camshaft to go with the heads. Nonetheless you're probably looking at 330-360 hp at the rear wheels through a 6 speed manual trans. Alot will depend on how good the pcm tune is. A custom dyno tune by someone who knows what they're doing is always best.

Assuming you take the heads to a reputable person who knows LTx heads, they'll be able to spec out a cam for you to match the flow of the heads and what you want to do with the car.
