...not a month after we put in the brand new msd distributer, plugs, and wires she went and threw a rod! ...oh well. Ima keep the stock block- rebuild it to a 383 with forged internals, getta th350 tranny, and a built ford 9" rear end... last run with was- 13.93 at 99.5 mph... next run is gonna be a lot faster... haha... tell me what you guys think...

That's what I was thinking.

Maybe it just did some damage to 1 cylinder, so all that has to be done is getting it re-sleeved and you're good to go.

stroke it ,then either spray it or boost it. i would use AI heads and cam. got a guy on camaroz28.com with a AI 355 or 383 (can't remember and to lazy to look) running 6.8's in the 1/8th.
