    ls1 front bumper

how much work will it take to fit a formula ls1 bumper and a ls1 STYLE ws6 hood?

I love the looks of the ls1 bumper and hood together, but love the rest of my car.

so, has anyone done this? any pics?

I really like the ls1 ws6 hood, so does anybody have pics of an lt1 front bumper with that hood?

You'll need to use the LS1 style fenders and front crash reinfocement, and possibly the radiator support. Other than that it should go.

The headlights would need to be swapped too.

Fenders, hood, lights, support, paint...it gets pretty darn costly to do the conversion right. But i'd say it's worth it to have the LS1 T/A look!

Yeah, you could do that. But I think the main reason for the swap is to update the front bumper from LT1 to LS1-style. Looks a lot better in my opinion.

+1 The LS1 hood looks like crap on the LT1 car. I do like the factory ram air hood for the LT1's though. Not as big, but looks nicer with how the bumper is.

yeah, the nose is too long on the lt1 bumper to run the ls1 ws6 hood. the factorey lt1 ws6 hood looks okay. I will stick with my stock hood

he is talking about the older factory rain-air hood. for some reason i like the older ram-air formulas better than the TA. There is one running around here. The regular formula looks kinda shitty but the ram-air one looks good with that hood.
