installing motor
I have my motor being built right now and I was wondering if anyone knows if it is easier 2 put my long tube headers on the motor before I put it in the car or after.

well being that your asking it would be easier to put them on after you put it in so you know how hard it will be to take off and put on when you need to take them off in the future. my 2 cents.

If you are putting the motor in from the top put the headers on after the motor is in. If you are coming through the bottom put the headers on before you put the motor in.

The motor is going in from the top. Thanks 4 the help. I was just trying 2 avoid putting them on later because getting the passenger side egr tube past my firewall was a bitch. I nearly cut my pinky finger off on the heat shield(witch has resently been removed) after trying to bend it out of the way.

Does anyone know of any place other than thunder racing were I can get a low mount altenator bracket or if I can use a standerd 80 up low mount alt. Bracket. I'm elimanating everything but my alt.
