I don't know, but it doesn't seem too difficult. I had to take the AIR pump off and that wasn't hard to get to. After that, I think all you need to do is plug up all the AIR connections, such as the 2 connections to the top of the exhaust manifolds.

It's not hard at all to remove just like BlackLT1Z28. For 93-94 models you will not have SES light, but for 95 and up you will. There is a way to bypass the light just do a search on it.

You wont gain anything by removing either system, it just unclutters things (barely) in a forever cluttered engine bay.

It not difficult at all to delete both the AIR and EGR.

You can simply just remove the air pump and its tubes. Block the ports on the exhaust or get some headers.

For the EGR, just buy an EGR block kit off of it e-bay.

I would recommend getting both disabled in the computer.

Just fair warning... if you don't get race-style hearders, the EGR port connecting to the rear of the exhaust manifold is a PITA to get to and block off.

ya know, i've been trying like hell to figure out why my car smells funky at wot and startup...i think this might be why... any possibility?

i got an engine installed and they used real crappy air tubing that melted causing a horrible sounding car, i just capped the tubes with a plate on the copper lookin pipes comin off the headers. it's tuned with a predator so no check engine light, i also turned off the egr trouble codes.

i'm really curious if this is related any info you have please share

my oil cap is also not on tight, i'm wondering if that could be my smell? and can that cause low oil pressure?

sorry for so many q's, thanks a ton though
